How can I book an appointment?
Simply give us a call and ask for our availability. Alternatively, head over to our Facebook or Instagram and message us with your enquiry.
What age can I bring my puppy in for their first groom?
The sooner the better. We recommend booking your puppy in as soon as you can after they have had their vaccinations. Getting your puppy used to the grooming environment early helps maintain stress free grooms in the future.
Do I need to walk my dog before their appointment?
We do recommend you walk your furry friend before attending your appointment. Exercise will use up some of your dogs energy, helping them to relax during their time with us.
How long will my dog be at the Grooming Parlour for?
Appointment times vary depending on what treatment your pooch is coming in for. When booking your appointment, you will be informed of the time it should take.
What if my dog needs to toilet?
Not a problem! At Short, Bark & Sides we have a large, dog friendly outdoor area where dogs can do what they please.
Do I need to disclose if my dog is prone to aggressive behaviour?
For the safety of our groomers and your dog, it is imperative that you let us know of any aggressive/difficult behaviour your dog may display. This way, we can tend to your dogs specific needs.
